Andrew joined as an assistant in 2013, having previously worked for nearly seven years in mixed practice in Leicestershire and Rutland. He graduated from Glasgow University in 2006. He enjoys all aspects of large animal work, particularly disease control and fertility work. When not in wellies, he can be found cycling the hills and lanes of Herefordshire.

Nick joined in 2013, having previously worked in West Wales and Cheshire. He has a particular interest in ruminant systems and helping clients build sustainable businesses through excellent animal health and performance. He completed the Diploma in Bovine Reproduction in 2018 and became a Director in 2017.
Mike Bellamy

Mike grew up locally in Suckley and returned to the area after graduating from Nottingham Vet School in 2011. Following an internship at Three Counties Equine Hospital where he gained his Certificate in Equine Practice, he locumed in Droitwich, New Zealand and the Shetland Isles before settling in Ledbury. He became a Director in January 2022.

Will joined from Yorkshire in autumn 2017 and became a Director in February 2025. A farmer's son with strong roots in cattle, he qualified from Edinburgh in 2011. His interests lie in flock and herd health and he loves all things large animal. When not on farm he can be found with his young family or on the rugby field.

Matt is a very experienced farm animal vet, highly motivated by herd and flock health. He likes to work in partnership with clients, helping find solutions that improve farm efficiency, production and animal welfare. He has an interest in all things that ruminate. Matt has been a Director since 2004.
