We cover Herefordshire and the surrounding counties with our routine service and our 24/7 out of hours emergency service.

All three offices are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 5.30pm. During February until the end of May the Hereford office will also be open on Saturdays from 8.30am until 12pm to support clients during spring.

If you need to collect a prescription outside of office hours, we have lock boxes at each of our sites, as well as a drop-off box in Eardisley for clients in the west of the county.

We provide a 24/7 emergency service 365 days a year. If your call is urgent out of hours, please call any of our three office numbers and you will be directed to the on-call vet.
