We're hiring: Farm Client Care Co-ordinator
We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Farm Client Care Co-ordinator to join our growing farm team.
This is a varied role, ideal for someone with experience in veterinary practice or customer service who wants to build strong client relationships, support our veterinary teams and keep the day running smoothly for our farm clients.
The role
Location: Based at our Hereford office, with occasional travel between our Ledbury and Bromyard sites and out to events. Applicants must have access to their own vehicle.
Hours: 8.30am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work for client events and meetings.
What you'll be doing
Being the first point of contact for clients, handling routine and emergency enquiries professionally
Co-ordinating diaries, managing logistics and running communication to support efficient delivery of farm services
Liaising with vets, support teams and management to ensure excellent client and colleague care
Supporting equipment availability, medicines dispensing and laboratory sample processing
Working with our in-house accounts team on account and invoicing questions
Contributing to client engagement, including events, clinical club meetings and social media content
What we're looking for
Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills
The ability to prioritise a varied workload and work both independently and as part of a team
Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel, with transferable skills for our practice management system
A flexible approach to working hours when needed for business or client events
A full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
Minimum five GCSEs at Grade C/Grade 4 or above, including English and Maths, or equivalent
Previous experience in a veterinary practice or similar client-facing environment would be an asset, as would experience with administration, social media and client engagement.
